2020 – First Prepared Production: In 2020, we took our first strategic approach to production. Our initial visit to Oliver's Mount Racing Circuit was to the Barry Sheene Festival, where we evaluated the vantage points and filming locations, at future events.
The first amateur production at the Oliver’s Mount Gold Cup 2020 received a great response, resonating with fans on social media and surpassing 10,000+ views on Facebook- an exciting milestone that reinforced our path into independent motorsport media.
2021 – Recognition: Before the race season began, Oliver’s Mount granted us pit/paddock access, allowing us to enhance our content and further promote the circuit through our SBPromoVids channels.
After a busy season covering motorcycle racing, local car shows and a bike night series, we secured our first commissioned production from the organisers of Moped Mania, an annual off-road endurance event in the forests of North Yorkshire, marking our entry into professional freelance videography.
A group of custom van owners approached us to film their illuminated convoy, traveling along the coast. The event caught the attention of the local newspaper, which featured two of our watermarked photos in an article and a mention from the organiser.
The report and photos, along with our produced video was also published on The Sunderland Echo website, giving SBPromoVids some great exposure across the North East and beyond.
2022 – Developing and Networking: We enhanced public relations and brand recognition, by forming partnerships with motorcycle racers Paul Moir, Marcus Tatchell and drag racer, Craig Wright.
We were delighted to be a part of JPC Specialist Motorsports 2022 season of prestigious supercar and classic car events, producing video highlights and bringing motorcycle displays and race partners to their 2022 events.
This proved to be a great networking experience for all involved, creating and improving relationships, on and off the track!
